My Notre Dame Protest?
Not as effective as one would think
I've read of various personal protests against the UND. Everything from Notre Dame students dumping their Fightin' Irish sweatshirts, to incoming high school seniors turning down their acceptance to Notre Dame, to alumni vowing to boycott the upcoming football season... and The Irish are suppose to be pretty darn good this year.
I've decided as my own personal protest, I'm going to use the age-old nautical sign of ship in distress... I'm going to fly my Tricolor upside down.
For some strange reason, I don't think it's going to have the desired effect.
Before
After
Maybe I'll just fly it at half-mast on May 17th... and every Saturday during football season.

I think this was really the supporters of Barry at ND in an effort to show their distress by the mean bishops ruining their Barryfest. Chanting yes we can, they pull the beloved Irish flag down and..
Half mast sounds like a great idea. They more I see, the more I wonder if Jenkins is in a race with himself to see what he can totally destroy 1st, Notre Dame or his soul.
