Doin' The Vatican II-Step!
The dance sensation that's sweepin' the nation

You still confused about what the correct steps are to The New Mass? With all the various hand gyrations, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle.

We here at The Cavemen Ecole De Dance will do everything possible to help you learn all the steps so you can join in the Communion Conga Line without that embarrasing feeling that you don't know your left foot from your right!

Our Father Who Art In Heaven

Gee, thanks. Now a song I thought would never be in my head again is playing, over, and over, and over:

"Lleva a tu cuerpo alegria Macarena..."

You missed one ....what about dancing up and down the row or aisle to share the greeting of peace with everyone within reach before the Agnus Dei..oops, I meant Lamb of God begins.

One unique to a parish I fled from included the "high five" from the pastor to everyone at the ends of the center aisle during the procesional and recessional!

Reminds me of a parody song that was written around the time of Vatican II, called "The Vatican Rag"...

"Do whatever steps you want if
You have cleared them with the pontiff..."

This is way too funny!
Kinda reminds me of the Hokey Pokey. You put your right hand in, you put your left hand out...and you put it all together and you twist yourself all about, that's what Novus Ordo is all about!! Or something like that LOL :)
