Yes, The 14th Victim
Of course, the MSM ignores this
Fort Hood Killer Subject to Charge of Murdering Unborn Child
Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) amended in 2004 to include Unborn Victims of Violence Act
FORT HOOD, Texas, November 10, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A US Army officer with ties to radical Islam who is alleged to have perpetrated Thursday's massacre of thirteen US servicemen and women at the Fort Hood Army base, may very well find that he claimed a fourteen victim under federal law - the unborn child of slain private first class Francheska Velez.

Let me see if I get this correctly. If a doctor removes an unborn child from his/her mother's womb, it's OK, but if a criminal kills a mom who is pregnant and the unborn child too dies, then it is murder of the mom and the unborn child. This is crazy!
It also shows that even the law recognizes the right to life of an unborn child. Justice demands that willful abortion be deemed a crime of murder.
You're right, Adeodatus. Which is why pro-abortion groups fight tooth and nail to rescind fetal homicide laws.
Because, see, it's a baby when a woman says she wants to keep it...unless fetal homicide laws affirm that an unborn baby is, in fact, a human being...in which case we can't consider the fact the woman wanted the child because such acknowledgment gets in the way of our assertion a baby isn't a baby but a clump of cells, his humanity contingent on whether or not his mother wants him...
If that makes any sense to you, you must be a liberal. Because it doesn't make sense to me.
My God and science tell me a human being is a human being from conception, regardless of the circumstances in which he was conceived.
I'd love to see him charged with this but with all the PC crap flying around, I highly doubt he'll be charged with this one.
