Just a gentle reminder to what I've already posted

As I read this, I wonder how my federal taxes could have increased $312 a year?
"I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."

Don't worry, you can just hold that money until June/July because you need it to make up for your budget shortfall.

That's what some states are doing with the state tax refunds. (NY, HI and I can't remember the other one.)

Last year Calif gave out tax refund vouchers, redeemable months later.
