Dr. Regina Benjamin, the alleged Catholic who's been tagged by The Zero to be the next Surgeon General, is also pro-infanticide.
I swear, The South-Side Stooge will dig just as hard as he can to find as many supposed "Catholics" in his bid to sway American Catholics away from the correct teachings of Holy Mother the Church to his bastardized, evil vision of what Christianity should be.
But anyhow, what do Regina Benjamin and Pvt. Benjamin Buford 'Bubba' Blue have in common? They're from the same place.
Nothing against the good folks down in L.A. (Lower Alabama), but this is where The Zero had to go hunting for his Surgeon General? Not Johns Hopkins? Not UCLA Medical? Not the Mayo Clinic?
No... he went to the world renown Bayou La Batre Rural Health Clinic.
Let's be honest here... he wasn't looking for a kind-hearted country doctor. He was specifically looking for another faux-Catholic that he could point to when he next tells the Catholic Church to go to hell. I can hear him now: "But look at ALL THE CATHOLICS in my administration!"

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama's nominee for surgeon general is a Catholic best known for founding an Alabama clinic that treats the poor, but her lesser-known support for abortion rights puts her at odds with her church and some of the groups that have praised her work.
Regina Benjamin's Bayou La Batre Rural Health Clinic doesn't perform abortions. A clinic employee who declined to be identified said by telephone that patients seeking information about abortions would be referred to providers in the state.

I don't think Pope Barack will be swaying any American Catholics away from the correct teaching of Holy Mother the Church. They are doing a pretty good job of that on their own without any external help! Not that I approve of His Presidential Holiness's ideology or actions.
This is true the USCCB motto: confusing one soul at a time in union with Pope Barry the worst is doing a pretty good job at destroying the Faithless (because the Faithful are on the side of the Holy Father)
