I Get That Funny Feeling That Someone Is Lying To Me
Ummm... uh... ummm... ahh...
Barack at his erudite best. Oh... and I'm still trying to figure out how Blagojevich thinks he has the leverage to "force" an ambassadorship out of The South-Side Stooge.
Here's some of the article from NewsMax.com; (Emphasis mine)Appearing on the local Fox News show in Chicago on November 23rd, before news of the Blagojevich arrest was released, [Chief Political Advisor, David] Axelrod was asked if Obama had expressed a preference for his Senate replacement. Axelrod told Fox: "He has not. I know he has talked to the governor. There's a whole range of names, many of which have surfaced. And he has a fondness for a lot of them."
The AP reported that Obama was asked if there had been contact by him or his staff with Blagojevich about the Senate seat. Obama responded: "I had no contact with the governor or his office and so I was not aware of what was happening. *Cough, cough, bullshit, bullshit, cough, cough*

"I know..." What did he 'know'? When did he 'know' it? What the blazes is 'know'?? Must be 'Know Theater in Chee-ca-go (bang bang!).
Simple solution to this scandal. Appoint Alan Keyes to replace Obama. After all, he was the runner up in that election.
& as we know from the rules of the Miss America pageant, the runner up takes over if the winner can't complete her reign.
