Take a close look at some of this article from the Associated Press; (Emphasis mine) Blagojevich is accused of conspiring to sell or trade the vacant Senate seat for personal benefits for himself and his wife, Patti. Among his alleged desires: a Cabinet post, placement at a private foundation in a significant position, campaign contributions or an ambassadorship.I have to ask... what in the world could Blagojevich have as leverage to force Obama to offer him any of the above emphasised positions?

There simply HAS to be something there that would make Blagojevich actually believe in his heart of hearts that he could actually force (blackmail?) Obama into making an offer.

But in Comrade Barry's defense, maybe he has absolutely zero clue as to what's going on with Blagojevich. After all, The South-Side Stooge only knows what his political masters allow him to know.
