Hurry Up And Announce...
So I can get busy here in North Carolina!
As I've said before, the RINO's (Republicans In Name Only) had their chance. And screw things up mightily, they did. Thanks to the likes of McCain, Romney, Huckabee, etc., we've lost the White House, the Senate, the House and most of the governorships.
Here's some of the article from UPI; (Emphasis mine)
Jindal aide hints at presidential bid
BATON ROUGE, La., Dec. 26 (UPI) -- A senior aide to Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal says the political newcomer could focus on a U.S. presidential bid if conditions are right.
The unidentified Jindal aide said any potential White House bid by the 37-year-old politician would be based on how U.S. President-elect Barack Obama did during his first two years as head of state, Politico said Thursday.
"Tell me where Obama is sitting at the end of 2010," the aide said. "Timing is everything." Louisiana political observer John Maginnis supported that stance, telling Politico that Jindal would only consider a presidential run if Obama is a "unmitigated disaster." If the Blago debacle is any indication of how the first two years of an Obama administration will be, Jindal might as well announce now.

You're sure right about Huckabee. I saw him on the Daily Show and John Stewart was ripping into him about how it's "wrong" to deny turd burglars the "right to marry" and he just sat there saying once in awhile "well marriage is between a man and a woman." He's a friggin wuss and a coward. I could easily think of 30 people who could've put John Stewart in his place. The best is John Rankin, a prot minister, but hey when he's right; he's right.

There is 1 other factor that needs to be taken into consideration, how much the Main Stream Media will actually let the public know about how much of an unmitigated disaster Obama is. I suspect that the MSM will have him walking on water, parting the Red Sea & multiplying loaves & fishes & that is just on day 1. & that in 2010 any problems will still be Bush's fault.
The MSM will utterly whitewash everything they can that goes wrong in our next President's term in office. While he might not blame everything on W, his flacks and pet talking heads most surely will.
Still, there's a bit of resistance to BS building in the American electorate. Mr. Obama's fanboys may lose any ability to think while he's talking, but the same doesn't seem to go for all of his lackeys, flacks, and attack dogs.
