We'll Take The TAC
You can HAVE The Gumbinator
An interesting couple of official websites coming out of two VERY different members of the World-Wide Anglican Communion.
First we have the Traditional Anglican Communion. Interesting news page here. A couple of short blurbs concerning ordinations. Then a rather long article on Pope Benedict's recent encyclical, Deus Caritas Est (God Is Love). Then a VERY long article with messages from two of their bishops concerning how the entire TAC (all 400,000 of 'em) is working towards converting en mass to Catholicism. Even their news stories refer to Pope Benedict as "His Holiness". Interesting indeed.
Then we come to the pro-murder Episcopal Church, USA. There is no way in heaven or hell that I could ever accurately describe this site. Just remember... this is off the OFFICIAL site for the Episcopal Church, USA.
Prepared to be shocked.

I was raised an Episcopalian back when we used the beautiful 1928 Book of Common Prayer. The Mass (though not a real Mass, with a valid Eucharist, nor with priests with valid orders)non the less was a majestic experiance, with hymns going back 500 years. No hand holding, no clapping, no 1960s bullshit!
But in 1976, this heretical church decided to ordain women. From there we slide down hill about as fast as a Nascar race. Pro-Homo, pro-Infanticide, Anti-Military, Anti-American, Anti-Christian Orthodoxy.
I fled years later, crossing the Tiber and entered the...Novus Ordo. Thanks to the SSPX, FSSP and certain Orthodox priests, I finally came home to Tradition, to the Traditional Latin Mass and to...Truth!

Hey, prevat2! Pretty much my journey, though I took a side trip to Constantinople on the way! I left in '73 because I saw the handwriting on the wall. When I'm forced to attend the NO, I get nostalgic for the old High Mass at St Mary's Episcopal in KCMO!
