Still no outcry from the frauds over at PETA? Obviously, it's OK to rape dumb animals... as long as they're being raped by faggots and other assorted deviants.
The world was warned a little over a year ago as to just how depraved the homosexual lifestyle really is in the posting "Obama Inauguration Pig Sex Orgy" (still a helmet tip to Cheeky Pink Girl).
No we have this coming out of once-Catholic Spain. Here's some of the article; (Emphasis mine)

And let's not forget the current scandal where the USCCB is accused of funnelling $150,000 to pro-homosexual groups.
Rest assured, I'll be sticking to that story like a Rottweiler to a pork chop. The USCCB will rue the day. Count on it.

Does it mean that those who propose this law should be the first recipients acted upon by any deviant who chooses to do so?
And to think that all that money could have been spent on animals.
Animals? That has me thinking back to my college days.
I know I'm making light of the situation, but my intent is to show that one either pays his dues at the onset of life or later. You can carry on outlandishly in youth but the dues collect interest. For example, in my case Purgatory is not quite lengthy enough for me to pay off my dues, so I have to get a jump start ... and this is a bummer. So let all the kids know that it is better to say no now than to know now.

STDs and aids are nature's little way of showing us that the human body was not designed to be promiscuous. You cannot argue with the evidence. If a person has indiscriminate sex they will sooner or later suffer the consequences.

Thanks Adeodatus49, I got that from the Baltimore catechism, actually from my memory of the Baltimore catechism as taught me by my faithful mother when I was a child. How lucky I was and little did I know it!
