What An Insult To SailorsEspecially the drunken ones
I'm sick to death of hearing how The South-Side Stooge and the rest of the RepubliCrats in Congress "spend like drunken Sailors".
Excuse me, but at least drunken Sailors have the good manners to spend their OWN MONEY.
