When I 1st saw this, I thoght it was a guy. OK a bit fruitty (quite a bit), but a guy. Then after reading some of the above debate, I am not sure what it is or isn't, except that fruitty is an understatement to describe where this (alledged) human is coming from.
As for whatever it is, I am sure it will eventually end up on the list of endangered species soon.

Get a grip. Your bleeding heart is a bit too much. This woman appears the way she does not out of lack of material wealth or the means with which to support herself (i.e. she has the ability to bathe, not wear rags, shave her legs, not shave her head, and not graffiti her neckline with some unsightly tattoo). She is appearing the way she does because she is a hard line ideologue and her appearence is a political statement. And, I might remind you, that this Leftist's ideology is contrary to the Catholic faith on so many levels.
To attack her appearence is in essence attacking her unholy political ideology. Nothing more, nothing less. Once someone makes their appearence a statement of ideology, then their appearence is free reign in my opinion. Its the same with all the new age nuns with butch haircuts and stretch pants. Their appearence has changed to be better in line with their new age religion. Ergo, while being careful not to make it too personal by naming names, etc., the general appearence itself is something to be shunned.

This particular woman might be possessed by a demon, or mentally unstable, or a hard core political insurgent against God, or a waif abandoned in childhood to corruption and in desparate need of the touch of Christ and Blessed Mary Ever Virgin. How are such souls to be saved?

God helps those who help themselves. We can pray for such souls, and we ought to pray for such souls. But in the end when it comes down to brass tacks it's up to that soul to turn to God. Salvation can't be forced.
I pray but I don't cry any alligator tears when people refuse to turn to God.
