Is pMSNBC still on the air?
Does the fact that he is frothing at the mouth like a cornered animal mean that we're getting to him?
Or does it just mean that he's a frothing-at-the-mouth liberal?

All the doctors are always busy. The only problem with the medical and health industry is the shortage of doctors. The argument is over who decides on who is the patient. The mystery is why are there not enough doctors; and this is the key to solving the issue.
Re: shortage of doctors.
There is a lot of routine medical stuff that physician assistants and nurse practitioners can do to relieve the pressure from doctors and from the number of physicians that are needed. But now they are toughening up needlessly on these professions.
For example, my daughter is in nursing school and will get her BSN and RN in August 2010. If she doesn't go for nurse practitioner which requires an MSN as soon as she graduates (she is a bit burned out with school--can't blame her), she will really have to jump through hoops if she delays.
Effective 2012, the State of New Mexico will require nurses to get a doctorate (DSN) to become a nurse practitioner. This is crazy! Self-perpetuating organizations (universities and their associated nursing schools). Oh, and RNs will be required to earn a BSN first. I'm not sure if this latter requirement is all that unreasonable. Well trained nurses are a must for our society, but they are not nearly as expensive to train and gain experience as M.D.s.
