Zero never really apologized to the police officer. If I recall correctly, Obama only said that he "regretted" the comments. Please correct if I am wrong.
If I was Crowley, and was phoned by Obama to go for a beer, my response would have been: "Totally, absolutely and completely - not interested". I do not think that it would have been an uncharitable, un-Christian reason for responding in such a manner. It's just the fact that Obama's endorsement of abortion, and knowing that he is not going to change his mind on the issue, that would immediately bar myself from having anything to do with him.
Gents, I introduce you to the Chicago word, chumbolone. What's a chumbolone? Well, The One is a Chicago politician. For a Chicago politician, anyone who isn't a Chicago politician or some other form of operator (such as union bosses and organized crime bosses), a chumbolone is the rest of us -- the teeming masses who toil day in and day out, adoring and serving such annointed masters as The One.
Obama is The One. The two men behind him are the chumbolones. Yes, even the professor, who was every bit a prop to The One as Crowley was.
