Exactly 90 days ago, Doofus ordered his cabinet to come up with $100 million in cuts. Keep in mind he's responsible for a freakin' gazillion dollar spending orgasm... but we won't talk about that.

So to put all this in context... $100 million is 1/320 of 1% of the budget. That's also the same amount spent every 2 hours just on the interest on the debt alone. And it'll take 'em 3 months to figure it out?
