That is not a look of joviality or kindness on her face, it is of awkward nervousness. This photo reminds me of an observation by Chesterton on the leftist/socialist elites of his day: "They love ordinary people from afar and talk about them often. But nearness to the people and their beliefs frightens them and confuses them."
Too bad he didn't get a nice shot of the $500 sneakers she was wearing. Go well with that $300 phone, I'd say.

How heartwarming! Helping the homeless by serving them food from behind a glass counter. And you can bearly see the secret servive in the background. It's just like when common folk volunteer.
So, does she do this every week? Or is it just a one time photo-op?
PS Did every "homeless person" get to take a picture with his/her black berry or did this guy just email the picture to the rest?
