"TAX THE EVIL BOTTLED WATER COMPANIES!!...
Oops, I mean pray to Sister Mother Earth"
Who says that paganism hasn't infected The Church? Not that long ago, I posted concerning the "Eco-Spiritual Stations of The Cross" at Inaccurate Deception Faith Community and Heresytorium, Durham, NC (Diocese of Raleigh)... and now this nonsense from the head honchoette from some coven out west - From the California Catholic Daily; (Emphasis mine)Fight for the poor and “Sister Mother Earth”
Religious orders take on bottled water
“Environmental Tips from the Green Franciscan Sister,” a column in a publication for Marian Medical Center in Santa Maria, is one way Sr. Jane Corcoran gets out her message of environmental stewardship – a message she sees as part of her hospital and religious ministry.
"Within hospitals, we have been slow to realize that ecology is part of our mission," Sr. Janet in 2003 told Health Progress, a publication of the Catholic Healthcare Association. "We are now seeing that we are called to be stewards of God's creation, to honor and respect the sacredness of creation."
Among the environmental messages Sister Janet and other Franciscans are currently addressing is the issue of bottled water -- an issue, they say, that doesn’t just adversely affect nature but human societies. “Sister Mother Earth” needs help, Sister Janet told the Jan. 11, 2008 National Catholic Reporter. “It’s a matter of getting people to think more consciously about what they are doing.”

St. Francis used the term "sister Mother Earth" in his "Canticle of the Sun". But I can guarentee you that his definition of the term is miles away from what they mean by it.
These New Agers worship Earth as a goddess. St. Francis saw Earth & what it provides (food etc) as a gift from God for which we are to praise Him.
Maybe these alledged Franciscans better pay a little attention to this part of the "Canticle": "Woe to those who die in mortal sin!"
My Protestant friends would say this is proof of what celibacy leads to in sexually frustrated old maids.
"Sister Mother Earth"? Is that like Brother Uncle Jeb?
I think Sister Janet from Another Planet needs more help than the Earth, but that's just me.
OK, so nlow that vegans have brainwashed members of the Chruch, why can't someone petition for pelt bounties.
The money can go to help treat people like Sister Janet.
Less people = Less Pollution
See, this is a win/win here.
Why not use this simple solution to deal with these simple people.
Alrighty, brain-dead. If it was your intent to further illustrate to the world how illiterate you are, and also how poorly formed your thought process is... you've succeeded beyond your wildest expectations.
I certainly hope you were able to get it all off your chest on your post, because it's your last one on THIS blog.
Sayonara, dip-shit.
