The Quaker Jesuit
More heretical garbage espoused from so-called Catholics
Now you may find this hard to believe, so brace yourself... a Jesuit (are you surprised?) from Georgetown University (shocked yet?) in the ultra-liberal National Catholic Reporter (I'm flabbergasted!!) is promoting the Protestant sect of Quakerism (CAN'T BE!!). Oh, and he just gushes over the United Nations as well (what, you haven't fainted dead-away yet?)
There sure is a lot that I can learn from a heretical sect that denies most of the Sacraments... how 'bout you? Anyhow, good old Father Robert Drinan, S.J. (Servants of Judas) is advocating that we learn a thing or two from the Quakers concerning how Catholicism should officially embrace Pacifism.
His Catholic rational? Two rather obscure quotes from Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul II. With a really heavy dose of Quaker beliefs (to include their mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, and official website) and a brief history lesson on how the UN should be our example of Better Living Through Totalitarianism.
That got me thinking... it's time for another;
NEWS STORY FROM THE FUTURE... future... future... future...
The Sultanate of Idaho (al-Jazeera News)
by Abdul Kassem
The last Catholic family in the Islamic Republic of America was killed today in their mountain hide-out home. The father stood by and watched as his wife, sons and daughters were given the traditional execution of heretics, beheading. The father then had his own head cut off.
According to Amir Abdullah Nadir, military governor of America, "who would have thought that wiping out every single one of the millions and millions of Catholics would be this easy? Not a single one defended themselves or their families. Shooting dogs is more difficult. At least they defend their pups."

Why should we fear being put to death and joining our Lord? Would you kill heretics, denying them the Word and a chance to convert, just to remain here on earth?
I do not fear death, and I am confident in the love and mercy of our Father that He would take my family as well. I have done everything in my power to bring my family to Jesus, why deny them martyrdom when the opportunity comes?
Would you die for Christ, or kill?
Ahhh, Jimbob, you're missing the point. No one is denouncing dying for Christ. What I'm speaking out against is the wrongheaded notion that we are to lie down submissivly to evil... even if the weakest among us is murdered, we are never defend. That hardly is the definition of martyrdom.
This radical Pacificm is not only non-Catholic.... it's anti-Catholic.
In the name of Christian Charity, should we not as Catholic father defend our families, communities, nation? Quakers say no, as does Fr. Drinan.
As far as "killing for Christ", I'll follow the example of Pope Urban II any day, or King Jan Sobieski, or Don Juan of Austria, or Charles Martel, or Pope St. Pius V.
Wouldn't you?
