Have Things Really Gotten THAT Bad?
I'll say it again... forget about Vatican III, we need a Trent II
First we all had to endure our Holy Father calling a synod because *gasp!* most Catholics don't even believe in The Real Presence of Christ in The Eucharist
Now we have a Cardinal... a Prince of The Church... coming right out and saying it;
"The Church must speak about the devil"
Are things really THAT BAD in The Catholic Church that it takes a Cardinal must remind us of something so basic as that?
Things must be that bad. Murderer Michael Schiavo wed his concubine in residence, Jodi Centonze Saturday.... in a Catholic church.

Hey, I have no problem with Cardinals going back to the basics. They should do it every day.
It's when they get all advanced and subtle and nuanced that we get into trouble
