Where will these thousands or millions of new health care workers come from? Now, I know for sure that they won't be coming from the Islamic regions of the world ... no; they'll be coming from heartland of America.

Next time you go in for bloodwork, your health care technician will be someone who formerly hammered rivets in Detroit. Not to worry, he will know exactly how much force to apply when tapping in that needle to your arm. And of course he will put it in the right place, and no he will never miss and have it stick you in the ribs or fall on your toe.

And don't worry that he will not have the professional decorum when slipping you into the green gown that is always open at the back.

So what if he's from Somalia and previously worked on a boat ... or some small craft that served as a fishing boat fifteen hundred miles into the Indian Ocean ... no those are not bullet wounds in his bare arms but shark attack scars. No, you only mistakenly thought you heard him say that he had a financial deal from his cousin in Nigeria but you'd need to come up with a hundred grand so they could process it through your bank. And, no again, what you thought you heard him mutter about ransom if you don't meet him later in the alley ... those are all ... and why do you keep shaking and mumbling about the little tatoo of ms13 on his forehead?
