Summers Blames Winter
And a resounding "Huh?"

Do the economies of Alaska, Canada, Norway, etc, etc, nosedive every winter of every year? Not just dip, but nosedive?

Ummm... how about this is just a case of Obanomics showing that it simply doesn't work? Literally and figuratively.
