When did Canada get so wimpy? Oh, that's right... about the same time America became emasculated.

BRAMPTON, Ontario -- A member of a homegrown terrorist group pleaded guilty Friday to participating in a plot to set off truck bombs in front of Canada's main stock exchange and two government buildings.
Jahmaal James entered the plea Friday in an Ontario courtroom. James and 17 others were arrested and charged with terrorism offenses in 2006. The group came to be known as the Toronto 18.
The group's members were charged with plotting to set off bombs outside Toronto's Stock Exchange, a building housing Canada's spy agency and a military base. The goal was to scare Canada into removing its troops from Afghanistan.
Having already served more than three-and-a-half years in pretrial custody, James was sentenced Friday to one more day. I hope you feel safe, Canada. This guy will very, very soon will walk among you.

Canada has been controlled by liberals for a very long time now.

Canada has been wimpy for quite some time, particularly since the late-60s / early-70s with PM Pierre Trudeau (an antinomian "Catholic")
It is interesting that, since Trudeau, all the PMs since then (save the current one, from the Conservative party, a Protestant) have all been bad Catholics (not to exclude myself as bad, but, hey, at least I admit I'm a sinner).
Nothing screws up a country as much as when its Catholic population, in terms belief or lack thereof, goes down the toilet. Canada is proof.
