Since the bishops apparently regard the government as the chief institution on earth, then Catholic tithing should put its first 10% towards govt, instead of in the collection plate.
It was so funny to see all the CINO's spazzing out when Cardinal Ratzinger was elected to the Papacy. They new the jig was up!
And now, they must really hate New Media. Because in spite of CINO "Spirit of VII" rants, true Catholic teaching is reaching the Net Generation. This generation is learning that Jesus came to make us holy and not comfy...or "glorified social workers,' for that matter!
Ha, ha. Boff, Gutierrez, McBrien, Chittister, Mahony, the USCCB, etc., etc., etc. All of them must be foaming at the mouth because of Catholic, and citizen, reporters.
