WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Some Capitol Hill Democrats want President Barack Obama to extend tax cuts for wealthy Americans (I've already pointed out that my taxes have just gone up over $300 a year, and I'm far from 'wealthy') now scheduled to expire at the end of 2010, arguing that a tax increase could hinder economic recovery.
"I think there is a certain logic to leaving well-enough alone for now, given the fragility of the economic recovery," said Rep. Gerry Connolly (D., Va.). " It's a question of prudent judgment and timing."

But we also have to get the freakin' Feds to stop spending, spending, spending.
The "Bush" Tax cuts were a cut of every marginal rate. And in fact, the lowest marginal rate was cut the most. From 15% to 10%. So in fact, the largest rate cuts went to the poorest Americans.
The purposeful dissemination of false information by the state controlled media knows no bounds.
If the Democrats are stupid enough to allow these rate cuts to expire you can almost guarantee Obama's defeat in 2012. Remember what happened to Bush I? And Bush I was a war hero, a general decent fellow, and not an extreme communist hate filled thug like Obama.
