Ade: In answer to your question, yes, there are a few, mostly in & arround the Vatican.
But it does seem like they are an endangered species over there. So maybe the EU will declare the Vatican a preserve. After all we know big the PC gang is on protecting endangered species. (& yes, I am being sarcastic.)

So apparently is Fr. Benedict Groschel, C.F.R. who once quipped in one of his books:
