Yet Another Reason Why I'll Never Vote For Newt Gingrich
Enough of the RepubliCrats, already!

Newt Gingrich… Disingenuous at best

Written by Scott A. Reddick

The 23rd Congressional district special election is not only a rhapsody of tribulations and revelations regarding the three contenders for the ultimate prize, it is in the eyes of some within the north country, much to their dismay, garnering a great deal of national attention … attention that many party establishmentarians are not all that comfortable with.

The reason for the national attention is that the results of this special election could be viewed as a referendum for the Obama administration and his policies; should [Democrat nominee Bill] Owens become elected.

It would be recognized as a victory for the Republican Party and a testament of what to expect nationwide during next years regular scheduled elections if [RINO Dede] Scozzafava is elected.

… Or more importantly a rebuke of the Republican Party and its leftward drift should a Conservative Republican such as Hoffman out Scozzafava … and win.

Enter Newt Gingrich.

Mr. Gingrich appears to be the only major, nationally recognized Republican to endorse Dede while dancing around the issues of ‘card check’, ‘gay marriage’, ‘abortion’ and more importantly the abnormally huge number of ‘union’ endorsements for Ms. Scozzafava. I cannot remember at any time … nationally or locally such huge support from unions for a Republican candidate.

Has the Republican Party locally (Nationally?) gone so far left as to accomplish a paradigm shift toward ‘forces’ that have traditionally been for the Democarts? If so, is this what traditional Conservative Republicans or even Moderate Republicans within the district want to see happen?
The so-called "moderate" Republicans had their chance in 2008... and what was the result?

1. Loss of the White House.

2. Loss of the Senate.

3. Loss of the House.

The RepubliCrat RINOs have screwed things up, but good. Time for them to get the hell out of the way.

More of the powerful wanting to keep the powerful in place.

Most men who are unfaithful to thier wives or cannot fulfill a commitment before God cannot be trusted to do what is best for others that they have no relationship with.

No this man is not the sort that should be considered nor his support for another.

Newt talks like Obama, presenting a fresh new hope and with rhetoric trailing off into oblivion.

Good call! Newt Gingrich is a heartless bastard! He divorced his wife while she was dying of cancer. I know marriages go bad for a host of reasons, but the least he could have done was see his wife through her tribulation, even if he no longer loved her.

I trust Gingrich as far as I can spit into a hurricane (what Cavey calls the fresh breeze of V-2).

I am sorely disappointed in Gingrich's endorsement of DeDe Scozzafava. What is the point of voting for someone just because they have an R after their name if they are going to vote against conservative values - it's just a wolf in sheep's clothing. Hasn't a lesson been learned by voting for the likes of Snowe, Collins, Spector etc.

Scozzafava's the recipient of the Margaret Sanger award. MARGARET SANGER!! for goodness sake! This is no Republican-lite candidate. This is radical left.

They will do anything to gain control over the Catholic vote, even convert. Note that former British PM Blair converted and then told the Pope to ok gay marriage (or something to that effect). What the hey, why not convert and use it to gain more political power to use against the Church. It's easy; just tell the bishop that you do not understand the essential Church doctrine but that you'll always push for social programs that sends money his way ... and bingo, you're a senator.

What is it with this nation and the west now, that it insists on being ruled by a bunch of old women?
