"Every new Customer that starts an account with us today and deposits at least a $1,000.00 will get a Nobel Peace Prize"

Is it realistic in that we'd get the prize before we paid the dues?
I'll wait till it goes back down to $300. and then I'd have to think hard about it. On second thought, why would I want something Nobama has? Naaa...I'll pass.
