So the Doofus in Chief won the Nobel Peace Prize for being the international version of Miss Photogenic. Wow, I'm underwhelmed.
As Mrs. NYPDGreen stated the other day,"I look forward to my canonization, seeing that I inspire to be holy." She better be careful, the Nervous Disorder just may institute that in lieu of a second miracle. In the meantime, kinda sad really that the once prestigious Nobel Prize has been degraded to this -

1. The Zero was inaugurated on January 20th.
2. Nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize ended in mid February. (BO has less credentials for promoting peace than the 174 days he had in the US Senate as his resume' for Prsident)
3. Pundits predict this is all a ploy by the Europeans to play to BO's ego and try to force his hand in the future. (They may be right.)
Wow, three weeks!!?? And could this also be Liberal Europe's way of saying how happy they are that Bush is no longer Prez? Could their hatred of him be that petty, so that this neophyte wins the NPP?
Could be.
I still think the award is based upon some "unknown" PTBs in Europe desire to influence the next Presidential election, i.e., to keep this guy in office. IMHO, there are plenty of liberal co-religionists who also are more than willing to promote this objective.
