If Sarah Palin just pulls even or keeps from committing any major gaffs tonight, that still won't cut it. She needs to kick ass... in a big way. If she fails to hit a series of grand slams, it's over.
Even if McCain does well in the remaining Presidential Debates, anything short of video evidence of Obama sacrificing a virgin to His Satanic Majesty, none of that will matter. If Palin performs status quo, the minds of the voting public will be set in stone -- McCain/Palin is a bust.
