And The Liberals In The West STILL Don't Get it
From the ridiculous to the down-right chilling
As I've said before, moslems don't need a reason to get all pissed-off... just an excuse. Here are just a couple of news articles that I stumbled upon this morning.
First, this wonderfully illuminating story on just how sensitive the moslems are to something as benign as the Swiss Cross. Here's some of the article from the moslem-friendly Italian news service ADNKronos;
Saudi Arabia: Swiss soccer ref stands by his 'crusader' whistle
Riyadh, 2 April (AKI) - Swiss football referee Massimo Busacca vowed he would wear a whistle with the Swiss Cross symbol on it during of the Saudi championship on Wednesday, despite anger voiced in the Kingdom at the 'crusader' item.
Many in Saudi Arabia had called for Busacca to sport a different whistle to avoid offending Muslims. Now we come to this extra-chilling news coming out of London, via ThisIsLondon.com;
British Muslims in airliner terror plot 'talked of taking families on suicide missions'
Members of a British Muslim terrorist cell discussed taking their wives and children on suicide missions to blow up transatlantic jets, a jury heard yesterday. The ringleader, Abdulla Ahmed Ali, was bugged by police talking about whether to bring his baby son but said his wife "would not agree to it". Umar Islam, however, said his wife might join the plot if it were a "significant operation".
Six of the eight-strong gang each made "chilling" suicide videos expressing the desire to wreak "death and destruction" against the West and "Kuffar", or non-believers. They were intended to serve as taunts from beyond the grave if their horrifying plot had succeeded, it was claimed.
Their "fanatical" shrieks echoed around the courtroom as they listed Britain's involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan as alleged justification for mass murder.
In his recording, 29-year-old Islam accused fellow Britons of being "too busy watching EastEnders" to care about the problems in the Middle East while Ali, 27, warned that their "body parts" would be "decorating the streets".
The defendants are all accused of plotting to blow up at least seven planes flying from Heathrow to cities in the U.S. and Canada by detonating bombs made from softdrink bottles. If they had been successful, almost 2,000 passengers and crew would have been killed with countless more casualties if the airliners had come down over land.
The jury heard that police recorded a conversation between Islam and Ali at the bomb factory, where the two discussed taking their children on their suicide mission. Referring to a train bombing where a man wanted to take his child, Ali said: "That's why he wanted to take his kid on the train with him. Shake them up. "Should I take my lot on? I know my wife would not agree to it."
In a bugged conversation in July 2006, Ali said the attack was a "couple of weeks" away. He was married with a nine-month-old son at the time of his arrest in August 2006, the court heard.
Police found a piece of paper at his home on which he wrote a quotation. It read: "If I was to be given the news that I will be meeting the most beautiful wife and the news of having a baby boy just born, it is more dear to my heart that I will be waiting in a tent in the cold dark chilly weather waiting for dawn so that I may attack the enemy." How do we deal with people like these? Our fathers and grand fathers knew how when they faced the Kamikazes.

I don't have an email addy for you, but I wanted to make sure you saw this, about about the "manliness" of Barack Obama: http://www.catholicexchange.com/node/71188
It's way off topic for this post, but still something I think you'd probably want to read and comment on.
The family that slays together stays together.
Chilling. But don't forget they follow the "religion of peace".
This reminds me of the infamous Ann Coulter "convert 'em to Christianity" comment published on 9/12/01. You know the one "We know who the homicidal maniacs are. They are the ones cheering and dancing right now. We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity. We weren't punctilious about locating and punishing only Hitler and his top officers. We carpet-bombed German cities; we killed civilians. That's war. And this is war. "
You know, if Catholics flew into a blazing rage every time Our Lady was insulted, or the wind blew, or a baby was killed in an abortion, the War on Terror would have been won about six years ago. But we don't do that any more...I'm not sure we ever did. I mean to say, the Crusades were mainly a matter of self defence against the aggressive adherents of you-know-which religion. Besides Suicide bombing (where by definition there is no chance of coming out alive) is generally a mortal sin, isn't it - and there ain't no time to go to Confession.
