Muslim lawyer sues over Inter Milan 'Crusaders' kit
A Turkish lawyer is taking legal action against Inter Milan, the Italian football team, for wearing a strip with “Crusader-style” red crosses that he alleges is ”offensive to Muslim sensibilities”.
Baris Kaska, a lawyer in Izmir who specialises in European law, said that he had lodged a complaint in a local court against Inter Milan, which last month played the Istanbul team Fenerbahce in a Champions League match at the San Siro stadium in Milan. The Inter players wore a new strip - a white shirt with a giant red cross on it - marking the club's centenary.
Mr Kaska said he was not only seeking damages but was also appealing to Uefa to annul the match, which Inter won 3-0. “That cross only brings one thing to mind - the symbol of the Templar Knights,” he said. “It made me think immediately of the bloody days of the past. While I was watching the game I felt profound grief in my soul.” Mr Kaska told the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia that the cross symbolised “Western racist superiority over Islam”.
He said that Inter had “manifested in the most explicit manner the superiority of one religion over another”. He said the court had contacted both Uefa and Fifa to convey his demand that Inter should be “heavily fined for displaying an offensive symbol”. “How could Uefa allow this?“demanded the Turkish paper Radikal. "Offensive to Muslim sensibilities"? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over. I guess killing your daughter because she refuses to wear a headscarf is an example of "moslem sensibilities", 'eh?

So, where can we buy that shirt?
Next they'll ask most of Europe to abandon flags with crosses on them like the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, etc.
It was once said that it's OK to have your enemies hate you because it means you're doing something right. I'd mandate every team in Italy to have a cross to prove the point.
Subvet, That's what I was thinking!!
I want one too!
Now we Odox don't care for the Crusades ourselves being that some of us were targets (though not officially), and granted the Eastern Christians in their stubborn pride refused to help fight the muslims simply because muslims didn't tell them what to do INSIDE their churches (they just couldn't build or repair them); that said:
Fie on muslims! I'll give a crap what they think when they give back the Hagia Sophia and the other buildings they stole.
Thanks for posting this - I hadn't seen it. You can buy the jersey over at www.worldsoccershop.com. Here is the direct link:

HaHa, they also have youth jersey's as well.
"Offensive to Muslim sensibilities"?
Given their sensibilities, isn't that a good thing?
This reminds me of what that gem of a woman Ann Coulter said on an interview on H&C (Paraphrase)
Ann: "If only we could get Muslims to boycott all airlines, we could dispense with airport security altogether."
Colms: "Without airplanes, how would they travel around?"
Ann: "They could use flying carpets."
Ann Coulter is a hoot!
Thanks for the link for the shirts.
"...offensive to Muslim sensibilities..."
Funny - after watching that horrid video of the American guy getting his head slowly carved off by chanting Muslims I can't help but wonder where anyone thinks that "Muslim Sensibilities" exist...
