What an amazing story. The Catholic priest get hammered for a few seconds worth of bell ringing to signify the start of Mass... but I wonder how many moslem muzzies are even asked to turn down the volume for the first screeching "call to prayer". By the way, that's just before sunrise. Depending on the time of year, that could be as early as 5 AM. Also keep in mind that one out of every eight "Dutchmen" are moslems, and fully one third of Rotterdam is moslem. And most Dutch are pretty much gutless junkies (or at least act that way) who are scared to death of the moslem minority.
But it's the Catholic priest that the secular officials go after. It's time for the Dutch to put away the hash-pipe, quit chasing prostitutes, cease coddling the moslems... and start defending their Christian heritage before it's too late.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A Dutch priest has been fined 5,000 euros ($6,800) for ringing his church bells too loudly in the morning.
The Catholic priest began ringing the bells at just after seven in the morning soon after arriving in Tilburg about six months ago, a spokesman for the town council said. This prompted dozens of complaints from residents and the council in the southern town agreed the priest was breaking the rules.
"The priest can ring his bells whenever he likes but he has to keep within noise regulations. People don't appreciate it," the spokesman said. The priest risks further fines if he continues. "We are still trying to find ways to make him stop," the spokesman said.

Ringing his church bells "too loudly"?? Um...
By 7am all those sleeping whining louts should be OUT of bed! SLACKERS!!
What a world of ninnies we have become. It's ok for the punk next door to play his music so loud your windows rattle until 3am and it's fine for those freaks to drag race up and down the street all night. Oh and let's not forget the packs of teens yapping and howling on the sidewalk till all hours. Ooooh no. What we need to worry about are those pesky "too loud" church bells that are violating "noise regulations" at the unhead of hour of 7am!!
It ain't just Holland. The weenie city council in Ann Arbor, Dearborn, or one of tose other Detroit suburbs passed an ordinance allowing the "call to prayer" to be broadcast over loudspeakers, much to the consternation of the local populace (but who probably lack the balls to vote the PC councilmen out of office).
Even though the law is corrupt, $5000 Euros seems excessive! I wonder how loud is too loud?
Sadly, it is another sign of Muslim advance to victory in Europe. Even if those were secularist residents they are playing right into Muslim hands. Muslims hate church bells. I once read that back in the 1500's when the king of France allied with the Turks he forbade the bells to ring in one of his port cities (Marseille, I believe) because he knew it offended the Turks docked there.
Why should they hate them?
Let's not forget that bells used to be consecrated. Their tone is sacred, dedicated to God, and will surely displease those enslaved by Satanic perversity.
We are being sucked right in to obeying (pardon spelling...) Islamic Shaira law! Pretty soon we women will have to wear burkas because we might "offend" Muslims otherwise.
Dearborn has one of the largest muslim populations in North America, but Ann Arbor is as multicultural (i.e., anti-Western) a community as can be found.
Holland will all too likely end up a warning and an example to future Christians and perhaps even secularists to not be too accomodating to Islam.
