The closest thing my generation had to the good ol' looney tunes cartoons!
All my kids can get are 1/2 hr commercials for crappy toys.
At least the 1/2 hr commercials I had as a kid (in the 80s) sponsored good toys!

They lifted that bit from someone else. I heard it in the seventies on The Dr. Demento show. Though I do love the Animaniacs.
Outstanding! I can't believe I missed this one. I used to watch Animaniacs at the Sem to detox from Pastoral Liturgy class.

Ahahahaha! I remember this one. I used to watch Animaniacs all the time after school! Aunt Slappy always reminded me of my aunt Sharon... only more persnickity and less supersitious. Thanks for posting that!
