If You're Gonna Talk The Talk...
Actions speak louder than words
From the Boston Herald in reference to the pope's visit to formerly Catholic Bavaria;
Benedict gently rebuked the German church for putting social service projects and technical assistance to the poor ahead of spreading the Christian message. African bishops, he said, told him all doors were open to them in Germany when they wanted to talk about aid projects, but added they were greeted with reservations when it came to evangelization.
“Clearly, some people have the idea that social projects should be urgently undertaken, while anything dealing with God or even the Catholic faith is of limited and lesser importance,” Benedict said.
OK, Your Holiness... now it's time for the $64,000 question. What exactly are you going to do about it?
For the love of God (literally), when the pope himself recognizes that certain cardinals, archbishops, bishops and priests care more about the salvation of society instead of the salvation of souls, you gotta know that something is seriously screwed up.

When you read the rest of his sermon and/or address, you'll become a little concerned.
Evidently he does not think he will ever return to Bayeren...
So little time....so many heretics...

Good question. He is in charge, isnt he? Why cant he simply tell his bishops, "Look, gents, unscrew yourselves or pack your bags!"?
I hope the Holy Ghost comes to the Holy Father soon.
