South Carolina lawmakers are debating if two time child rapists should be put to death. Personally, I think that ONE time rapists of any kind need to ride the needle.
But anyhow, that's one of the things I love about living Down South. Around here, "Yo Honnah, that boy just NEEDED killin'!" is considered a legitimate legal defence.
