Yet Again, Moslems Don't Need A Reason...
Just an excuse
As we all know by now, moslems in the Sudan are going ape-shit over a freaking Teddy Bear being named Mohammed. Never mind that the British teacher accused of blasphemy had her moslems student make the decision in naming the bear... the sword-wielding crowd literally wants her head for "insulting the prophet, mohammed!!"
I just wanted let the world know that my family is now 19 years, 3 months and 18 days riot-free since my daughter named her teddy bear Joel.
In case you were wondering, she named to doll after the singer... not the Old Testament prophet.

The difference between us & them.
US:
Billy Joel writes & records a song "Only the Good Die Young" that is a put down on Catholic beliefs. Not only doesn't he get killed,he has been given an honorary doctorate from Jesuit College (Fairfield U.)
THEM:
Some Muslim kids name their Teddy Bear Mohammed & people call for the teacher's execution.
& we are considered the bad guys?
Mohammed is a common Muslim name, yet no one gets angry when Muslim parents name their sons Mohammed. One of the little boys in the class said that he chose the name for the teddy bear after his own name.
My grandaughter named her oversized blue bear Superman--no Kryptonians have rioted yet.
On this whole teddy name thing--it wasn't the name, it was a way to be rid of a western woman who just might lift the miasma of ingorance that Islam feeds upon in third world failed state hellholes.
Huh, I guess 'Tickle me Mohumad' is recalled.
