Former Altar Boy said...: He has to be one of the most inarticulate President's we've ever had. Take away his teleprompter and his prepared speech and the guy can't talk worth a damn. People made fun of Bush for mispronouncing words or using the wrong word, but at least he could talk "off rhe cuff." Did you hear BO even used a telepromoter at his first White House press conference? Then his answers to the first 2 questions took 13 minutes each (was that a trick to reduce the number of questions he got or his usual diarrhea of the mouth?).; 8:41 PM
