Didn't I TELL YOU Someone Else Was pulling Obanocchio's Strings?
What a stooge
So close, and yet so far. Obama mother-in-law to join family in White House
By LISA TOLIN, Associated Press Writer
WASHINGTON – Get ready for the in-law in chief. President-elect Barack Obama's mother-in-law, Marian Robinson, is moving into the White House at least temporarily to join Michelle Obama and the two children, transition officials said Friday. That's good news not just for late-night comics, but for 10-year-old Malia and 7-year-old Sasha. During the campaign, Robinson retired from her job as a bank executive secretary to help care for her granddaughters. (Does this mean that there will be millions in government bail-out money for any future "economically displaced" nannies and/or babysitters?) I think Jay Leno said it best; "Barack Obama's mother-in-law might be moving into the White House with him. See, Joe Biden was right. 'Hostile forces will test him in the first few months'"

As much as I detest all things Obama, I have to say, the granny moving into the WH to help with the kids is probably the best thing for those girls. God knows their lives are going to be messed up enough.
If my dh was elected pres (ha!), my parents would move into the WH as they are always involved in what my kids are up to.
If I ever became president, the in-Laws would NOT be moving into the WH...Just like everyone else, they can live outside of it. (I won't hire any staff to cook or anything like that)
Here's the way I see it (if anyone cares). Sarah Palin was lambasted for wanting to be Vice-President because she had kids.
Now we see that Michelle Obambi can't raise her kids on her own even though she doesn't hold any official position other than first lady - who I might add have the help of a social secretary, cook no meals, do no shopping, laundry, cleaning, or really have much of anything to do except preside at teas.
I guess we can be grateful he isn't moving his brother George in....
