Wouldn't It Just Simplify Matters If We Just Beat The Crap Out Of This Punk?
Rodney seems to think so
If anyone was in desperate need of an attitude adjustment, it's this little Mama's Boy.
From the AP;Conn. Student Sues After Being Awakened
DANBURY, Conn. (AP) - Danbury officials have been notified they are being sued by a student who was awakened in class by a teacher who made a loud noise. Documents filed with the Town Clerk, a prelude to a lawsuit, claim that a sleeping student suffered hearing damage when his teacher woke him up by slamming her hand down on the boy's desk in December.
Attorney Alan Barry says 15-year-old Vinicios Robacher suffered pain and "very severe injuries to his left eardrum" when teacher Melissa Nadeau abruptly slammed the palm of her hand on his desk on Dec. 4.
A city official says the matter has been referred to Danbury's insurance carrier. This reminds me of the line from the Rodney Dangerfield classic Back To School.
Rodney: I use to dream about going to college.
Son: Gee Pop, when was that?
Rodney: When I slept in class back in high school.

Maybe he's looking to get money so he can sleep through college too.
Just give that little brat the whippin'.
My son is in college and during one lesson the teacher stood close to him and suddenly exclaimed my son's name. Startled my son jumped and fell off his chair. After getting over his embarrasment, my son laughed at the incident.
We will not be sueing the school. LOL
