From a recent interview with CNN reporter Dana Bash;
BASH: So you support taxpayer money or public funding for abortions in some cases?
GIULIANI: If it would deprive someone of a constitutional right, yes, I mean, if that the status of the law, then I would, yes.

Because a woman is poor we can't deny her the right to kill her baby? I'm so sick of everyone's "rights." It's time to start accepting the responsibily for our actions--as a nation. I have a friend at work, who has adopted one child and is aching to adopt another. America, it's time to "stand up" stop being so selfish. We do not walk this earth alone--pay attention to your neighbor--quit letting them kill babys--and don't clap when someone says lets give poor people money so they can perpetuate evil. And don't vote for them to be your leader!
How come I can't ask the government to pay for my "arms" under the 2nd Amendment?
