Schumacher Furs has been in business for 112 years in Portland, but no longer. A group calling themselves In Defense of Animals, has managed to force the Portland, Oregon furrier out of business.
I've posted about these kinds of punks in the past. And you know, if these "animal rights" maggots want to really impress me, don't go after this kind of person for wearing fur or leather...

Ha, now *that* would be interesting! I do have to admit that I'm not a big fan of people wearing furs (unless it's necessary, in arctic climates for example), mostly because I love God's furry little creatures. However, I also realize that it's none of my business if someone decides to buy or sell animal furs. I wish those hippie-dippy morons would figure that out.
By the way, isn't that the evil biker dude from "Raising Arizona"?
If any of those SOBs splashed red paint on my wife for wearing fur, I'd consider it assault and respond in kind.
