Hmm. It seems we have a choice. Align oneself with the opinion of this individual, or believe the Word of God. Let's see... What does God have to say about "homophobia" and "misogyny"...
On "homophobia":
"If any one lie with a man as with a woman, both have committed an abomination, let them be put to death: their blood be upon them."

On "misogyny":
