Here was my reaction early this Sunday morning over coffee:
The Silent Drill Team actually chocked me up. Tears were running down my face!
The two showing the ambushes in Iraq made me laugh my ass off listening to those Marines just as if I was back again, 20 years ago, with my men. "Get some!"
The ROK Marines made me think of my time, in early 1988, when I was a liaison officer with a ROK Marine battalion. What a great time!
The last, with the British RMs, re-enforced my belief that most of English society has gone to hell, but their Marines and Paras are still some of the best in the world, bar none! It also re-enforced my belief that Princess Edward (sorry, "Prince") is still a pussy for quiting RM training after two months.

That stuff was kick ass, huh?
The drill team brought tears to my eyes! My father is a 36-year veteran of the Marine Corps, and I spent a big part of my childhood at Quantico. I can still sing the entire Marine Hymn by heart. :o)
Thank you for reminding me I need to take my children to 8th and I!
