If you haven't heard yet, Bush pardoned the following less-than-stellar individual;John Edward Forte, a Grammy Award-winning rapper, is arguably the best known of those pardoned. He was arrested at Newark International Airport in 2000 after being found with a briefcase containing $1.4m of cocaine and was sentenced to 14 years in prison. But the two border Patrol agents who had the bad manners to actually shoot a drug smuggler are still in prison.
The Australians had Breaker Morant... we have Compean and Ramos.

I didn't vote for him.
Those BP officers (or one of them, anyway) shot an unarmed man in the back.
The victim, a lowlife scumbucket drug dealer (not a lawyer, though!) gets no sympathy from me.
But the BP action was morally reprehensible, period.
