The following Orthodox - the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, the Patriarchate of Alexandria, the Patriarchate of Antioch, the Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the Patriarchate of Moscow, the Patriarchate of Serbia, the Patriarchate of Romania, the Patriarchate of Georgia, the Church of Cyprus, the Church of Greece, the Church of Poland, the Church of Albania, the Church of Czech Lands and Slovakia, the Church of Finland and the Apostolic Church of Estonia.

  1. . . . to circle the wagons. Whatever passes for orthodox Christianity in the larger sense of the term will be attacked viciously by the forces of secularism (read this as militant atheism). Christians will be marginalized at work, persecuted in the public square if they refuse to keep their religion private, children will be taken away from parents who are too rigid socially, and will even be incarcerated for attempting to exercise their soon-to-become theoretical rights of free speech and religion.

    Alarmist? We'll see . . . .

    I also predict that there will come a time when Russia will offer religious sanctuary to Christians who will be persecuted by the European Union and maybe Christians from the United States and Canada. Yes, this one is a WAG, but again, we'll see . . . .
