We also showed tolerance and you know that this was the most important of all commandments during this time. You told us not to judge others."

And the Lord will smile and tell them he has a special room for all the tolerant ones of that time. It will house the tolerant bishops who moved priests around to abuse his children. It will have the tolerant from Germany who watched as they killed the Jews. I will have those who were tolerant of the butchers of babies and invited them to ND. It will have the ObamaCaths. It will have the bishops who drafted and voted yes for the document in the election of Obama that in essence gave those who wanted to vote for the abortion cheerleader in cheif wiggle room. In fact the room may be the largest in hell for the road in is wide.

But something tells me He is really going to have little sympathy for those who harmed His Children. I remember something about a millstone and an ocean or something like that.Gretahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11277481992746685122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18853193.post-39984557682380332782009-03-27T23:14:00.000-05:002009-03-27T23:14:00.000-05:00Healer? In the words of my mother, just how damned dumb do they think we are?

That murderous fraud has never healed anything in his life. If he were so good a healer, maybe he would have started with his own conscience.

Lacking that, a bishop with a spine would forbid this travesty upon excommunication of all involved, and smack the ND president with a Catholic stick.

Notre Dame has become an abyss.TCNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084691508359621184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18853193.post-9141662956087990452009-03-27T12:13:00.000-05:002009-03-27T12:13:00.000-05:00This article is dead onThis article is dead onJoe of St. Thérèsehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06506671882770822003noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18853193.post-5433381573987921882009-03-27T10:37:00.000-05:002009-03-27T10:37:00.000-05:00Fr. George Rutler summed up this whole travesty in his usual excellenet manner: "This is a highly cynical act, contemptuous of the Church’s prophetic voice in civil society and wagering that there will be no retribution. If a midwestern school seeks attention by granting Mr. Obama an honorary doctorate in law, the next logical step would be to grant Judas Iscariot posthumously an honorary doctorate in business administration."

Place your bets. My wager is 3:1.

-TH2TH2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02375386482765377541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18853193.post-21250334868289995042009-03-27T09:44:00.000-05:002009-03-27T09:44:00.000-05:00Sadly, I guess it is time for me to throw away my ...Sadly, I guess it is time for me to throw away my Notre Dame football jersey. Oh, how sad for us ND fans who all of our lives devoted every Saturday afternoon to watching the sons of Our Lady take the field and win one for the Gipper and Holy Mother Church. I absolutely cannot stomach this. My love for Notre Dame football only goes so far. My love for Christ, His Truth, and His Church is far greater.

I guess for the first time in my life come fall 2009, I will be free on all Saturday afternoons. And I guess for the first time in ten years, a college football season will not bring me to the brink of despair as ND surely under preforms.Confiteorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18120221660691225969noreply@blogger.com
