Tar Heel governor, Bev Perdue, known in Democrat circles as an überhard-core Obama supporter and recipient of $8.9 billion worth of taxpayer dollars from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (better known as the Obama stimulus plan), has raised more than a few eyebrows.
Speaking before Cary, NC, Rotary Club, the North Carolina Chief Executive stated, "I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won't hold it against them whatever decisions they make to just let them help this country recover."
