1. Worn out or ruined because of age or neglect. The Toronto Star is reporting that one of the four Victoria-class submarines of the Royal Canadian navy, specifically the HMCS Windsor, has been restricted from making deep depth dives due to --- wait for it --- rust.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the Star is also reporting that the Canadian government is going to do repairs on the cheap -- meaning that combat effectiveness of the Windsor will be far less than 100%.

The Canucks simply assume that they can rely on us for defense, based on the logic of geography, while acting condescending about our supposed jingoism. We should annex Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, and give the rest to France.
