"Moderate" Islam keeps distance from fight against "Radical" Islam

Hans-Peter Friedrich, Germany's Interior Minister recently hosted an anti-extremist summit asking all of Germany to join in the struggle against Islamist radicalization (see video, left).

Of course, key Muslim leaders within Germany, such as Murat Kayman of the DİTİB (Diyanet İşleri Türk İslam Birliği in Turkish, Religious Affairs Turkish-Islamic Union in English) and Aiman Mazyek, Chairman of the Central Council of Muslims.
