On February 23, 2009, Barack obama promised the American people that he would cut the deficit in half by the end of this term as president.
Yet, Jackie Gingrich Cushman of Townhall.com has the bad manners to point out that The ObaMessiah's 2012 budget actually increases the deficit by a third.
